terms of service
Clear terms for professional remote technical support.
These terms describe the Tech X support relationship, rates, customer responsibilities, authorization, and practical limits of remote service.
Agreement and operating entity
These terms form an agreement between the customer and Orange Structural LLC, operating its remote technical-support division as Tech X. By requesting or accepting service, the customer agrees to the terms presented at that time.
Service scope
Tech X provides telephone-guided and attended remote technical support. Some problems require hardware service, physical access, internet restoration, an authorized vendor, or qualifying local onsite service. Tech X may decline requests outside its capabilities, authority, safety requirements, or service area.
Rates and authorization
The standard remote-support price is $94 per hour. Customers paying Orange Structural LLC directly through Zelle receive a $5 discount per purchased hour, making the Zelle price $89 per hour. A one-hour minimum applies. An accepted written quote controls when it defines another scope or price.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Applicable charges, payment timing, included time, cancellation terms, and any refund eligibility are disclosed before service or in the accepted quote. Completed time and third-party charges are not automatically refundable merely because a preferred outcome is unavailable.
Customer authority and responsibilities
The customer represents that they own the device, account, network, and data involved or have lawful authority to request support. The customer must provide accurate information, maintain a reliable connection when required, remain available during attended access, and follow reasonable safety and backup instructions.
Credentials and data
Customers should enter credentials privately whenever possible and must not submit secrets through the public request form. File transfer occurs only when required and authorized for the support scope.
Backups and risk of change
Troubleshooting, updates, malware removal, account recovery, storage service, and configuration changes can expose existing hardware, software, or data problems. Customers should maintain current backups whenever possible and disclose irreplaceable data before authorizing changes.
Third-party products and accounts
Manufacturers, software publishers, internet providers, app stores, account providers, and other third parties control their own products, warranties, terms, availability, and account-recovery decisions. Tech X does not speak for or guarantee action by those parties.
No guaranteed outcome
Tech X does not guarantee successful data recovery, malware removal, account recovery, internet restoration, compatibility, or repair of every device. Findings and reasonable next steps are explained as the project develops.
Prohibited requests
The service may not be used to access a device or account without authorization, evade security controls, facilitate fraud or abuse, infringe rights, or perform any unlawful activity.
Suspension and termination
Tech X may pause or end service when authorization is uncertain, safety or security is at risk, required information is unavailable, payment obligations are unmet, or the request violates these terms.
Disclaimers and limits
Services are provided with reasonable professional care, but technology failures and third-party restrictions can prevent a desired outcome. Any warranties, exclusions, remedies, or liability limits that apply will be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes and contact
Material revisions will be posted with a revised effective date. Questions or notices may be directed to support@techx.support or 1-844-844-0991.
