Website terms
Clear expectations before work begins.
By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the forms.
No contract or confirmed appointment
A website request, calculator result, automated confirmation, telephone discussion, or preliminary estimate starts a conversation only. It does not create a contract, guarantee price or availability, reserve a date, or authorize work. A project is accepted only through the applicable written scope, estimate, approval, deposit, scheduling confirmation, or service agreement.
Estimates and site information
Online descriptions, starting prices, calculators, viewing distances, installation examples, material options, and service-area tools are general planning information. Final scope, price, feasibility, placement, materials, permits, wall conditions, concealed conditions, access, and scheduling require project-specific review. Typographical errors and outdated information may be corrected.
Lawful service scope
Services are offered only when the requested work, conditions, permits, and applicable licensing requirements allow Orange Structural to perform the work lawfully and safely. Orange Structural may decline, limit, rescope, or refer work that requires a different trade, credential, permit, specialist, or risk profile. Website language does not expand the lawful scope of any license, registration, or exemption.
Your submissions and responsibilities
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request the described work. Do not submit passwords, financial-account numbers, government identifiers, medical information, intimate content, unlawful content, or material unrelated to the project. You retain ownership of your submission and grant Orange Structural the limited right to transmit and use it to evaluate and respond to the request.
Communications
You authorize responsive telephone calls and transactional emails about your inquiry. If you select “Text message” and check the separate text-consent box, you authorize project-specific texts about the inquiry, scheduling, and service updates. Text consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help. Orange Structural does not use that consent for unrelated marketing campaigns.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, automate abusive submissions, impersonate another person, upload malware, interfere with security, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or misleading activity. Access may be restricted and abusive submissions may be preserved for security or legal purposes.
Intellectual property
The Orange Structural name, logos, original site design, copy, photographs, graphics, and software are owned by Orange Structural or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal project planning, but may not republish, sell, remove notices from, or commercially exploit site content without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Third-party services and local editorial content
The website may link to or present information from review platforms, restaurants, venues, ticket providers, government agencies, equipment manufacturers, email services, YouTube, and other third parties. Orange Structural does not control their availability, security, content, prices, ratings, schedules, terms, or privacy practices. Space Coast Signal recommendations are unpaid editorial selections unless a nearby disclosure says otherwise; no material connection or endorsement by a listed business is implied. Ratings identify their source and review date but can change after publication. Illustrative images may be artist-created or enhanced and are not documentary proof of a current storefront, dish, event, condition, or amenity. Confirm time-sensitive details with the linked official source.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and planning tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that they are error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular project. Orange Structural is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising solely from website use. These website limits do not replace warranties, responsibilities, or remedies stated in a signed project agreement or provided by non-waivable law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and applicable proceedings shall be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Brevard County, Florida, unless a signed project agreement says otherwise. Orange Structural may update these terms; continued website use after publication means the updated terms apply to later use.
