Tech X limits collection to information needed to respond, perform authorized support, document the case, protect the service, and meet legal and operational obligations.
Who operates this service
Tech X is a division of Orange Structural LLC. This notice applies to information collected through the Tech X website, support-request process, authorized support sessions, telephone and electronic communications, and related customer records.
Information we receive
We may receive contact details, device and operating-system information, descriptions of technical problems, authorized case communications, diagnostic artifacts, files the customer chooses to provide, session metadata, transaction and billing records, and the source that referred the customer to Tech X.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate and schedule requests, provide authorized support, communicate with customers, maintain case history, process transactions, prevent fraud or misuse, improve verified support procedures, comply with accounting requirements, and meet legal obligations.
What never belongs in the request
Do not submit passwords, MFA codes, payment-card data, banking information, recovery keys, or remote-session secrets through the public form.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, communications, payments, security, analytics, and customer-case administration. Tech X does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or in connection with an authorized business transaction.
Website and support systems
Customer, case, conversation, file, session, and knowledge records are intended to reside on the protected AI/CRM system rather than in a public WordPress record. Essential security and operational logs may be generated by the website and its infrastructure.
Attended remote access
A session begins only after the customer launches the approved client, provides temporary connection details, and explicitly authorizes control. The customer may end access at any time.
Cookies and measurement
The website may use essential storage required for security and operation and limited measurement used to understand visits and service-request conversions. Any optional advertising or analytics technology will be governed by the consent controls and disclosures presented when it is enabled.
Security
Tech X uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission, device, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and requests
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for support history, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Access, correction, and deletion requests are reviewed against those obligations.
Children
Tech X services are intended for adults and for devices an adult is authorized to manage. Tech X does not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children.
Changes to this notice
Material revisions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after a revision is governed by the notice presented at that time.
