temporary attended-support connection
Begin support with TechX.
Windows users start with Quick Assist. Other supported computers use RustDesk. Stay on the phone with your technician, who will guide every approval prompt.
Downloading a support tool or attempting to connect does not purchase support, start a session, or entitle you to free assistance. Purchase your support time and confirm your session with TechX before connecting. If you have already paid for this session, do not pay again—follow your confirmation instructions.
