what you provide and do
Hardware, connections, power, and presence.
Choose customer-supplied compatible hardware or purchase a quoted server from Tech X with payment due before configuration and shipment. When it arrives, you plug it into power and your network and turn it on. You also provide compatible storage, viewing devices, working internet, and lawful media. Tech X then completes site-specific configuration, testing, and training remotely.
You perform every plug-in, placement, connection, power cycle, button press, and other physical action. Tech X does not dispatch an on-site technician under this service.
