Connect with your techX technician.
Use this page only while speaking with the Tech X technician you contacted. You remain present and approve every connection and control request.
Windows may ask whether you want to open Quick Assist. Choose Open.
- Enter the six-character security code supplied by your techX technician. It can contain letters and numbers.
- Select Submit, verify that the helper is the technician you contacted, and select Allow.
- When Tech X requests control, select Allow again. Stay at the computer during the session.
- When finished, select Leave or close Quick Assist to end the connection.
Did the button not open the app?
On the keyboard, press Ctrl + Windows + Q. You can also open Start, type Quick Assist, and select the application.
