Competitive-price review: At Orange Structural’s discretion and before any order is accepted, we may review a current written offer for the identical new model from a manufacturer-authorized U.S. retailer, in stock and deliverable to the same address. A review is not a price-match or price-beat guarantee, an offer to sell, or a promise to obtain the television. Orange Structural may accept the comparison, decline it, or propose an alternative based on availability, supplier terms, shipping, taxes, required fees, warranty eligibility, delivery risk, or commercially unreasonable pricing. Limited-time promotions, doorbusters, clearance, closeouts, open-box, refurbished, membership, coupon, bundle, marketplace, auction, pricing-error, and manufacturer-subsidized offers are excluded.

No order or procurement obligation: Selecting a television or submitting a quote request does not reserve inventory, create an order, charge a payment method, or require Orange Structural to purchase or supply the television. An order exists only after Orange Structural issues a final written quote, the customer accepts it, and required payment is verified. If the approved model becomes unavailable before the supplier confirms the order, Orange Structural may offer a substitute or cancel and promptly refund the affected television payment.

Unforeseen site conditions, special materials, or additional work are explained and presented for approval before that additional work begins.
