shop-based furniture restoration
furniture repair & refinishing
Client-selected furniture restored in our woodworking shop through careful repair, preparation, sanding, staining, and refinishing.
We take it to our shop
Furniture restoration needs the right workspace.
Orange Structural evaluates the piece, defines the desired result, and completes the approved work in our dedicated woodworking shop.

Controlled shop work
Room to repair the structure and rebuild the finish carefully.
The shop environment gives us room for controlled disassembly, joinery repair, hardware removal, staged sanding, dust management, stain and finish application, and the curing time required for a durable result.
What the scope can include
Repair, preparation, finish, and return handled as one restoration.
The accepted scope is based on the construction, condition, desired appearance, materials, hardware, and practical value of the individual piece.
Two ways to begin
Restore what you own—or select a piece for review.
Restore your furniture
Send photographs and measurements of a table, desk, dresser, nightstand, chair, cabinet, or other wood furniture. We will review its construction, condition, repairs, finish, and transport requirements before accepting the project.
Select, approve, and restore
Orange Structural does not source or procure furniture. You may locate and select a piece, send it for approval, and define the desired result. After approval, Orange Structural can arrange pickup and restore the item to the agreed specifications.
A defined shop process
Evaluated before sanding. Finished with a plan.
1. Review
We assess photographs, dimensions, construction, damage, current finish, desired appearance, and practical value.
2. Scope
The written scope identifies repair work, finish direction, transport, hardware, materials, and expected limitations.
3. Shop work
The piece is repaired, prepared, sanded, colored, finished, and allowed to cure in controlled stages.
4. Return
We inspect the completed furniture and coordinate return or delivery according to the approved scope.
Project suitability
Every piece is evaluated individually.
Construction, veneers, engineered materials, previous coatings, water history, available parts, joint condition, historic value, and the desired color all shape the available result. Orange Structural explains those conditions before the project is accepted.
