A planning resource, not a guarantee
Signal organizes local editorial context and links to official sources. Conditions, schedules, prices, access, reservations, availability, warnings, and launch windows can change. Confirm time-sensitive or safety-critical details with the linked official source.
No contract or appointment
Using Signal, opening a link, or sending a general inquiry does not create a construction contract, service agreement, appointment, reservation, agency relationship, or professional-client relationship. Orange Structural work begins only through a separate written agreement or confirmed service arrangement.
Official and third-party sources
Government agencies, parks, venues, attractions, ticket providers, restaurants, review platforms, video services, and other third parties control their own information, availability, security, prices, schedules, terms, and privacy practices. A listing does not imply their endorsement of Signal or Orange Structural.
Editorial selections and images
Space Coast Signal selections are unpaid editorial choices unless a nearby disclosure says otherwise. Illustrative or artist-created images communicate the subject of a guide or card and are not documentary proof of a current storefront, exhibit, event, condition, amenity, or exact appearance.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with site operation, probe security, submit unlawful or harmful material, scrape at a disruptive rate, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate law or another party’s rights. Automated access may be limited when necessary to protect availability and security.

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and applicable proceedings shall be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Brevard County, Florida unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
